3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error).   • Towels & bath mats: Machine-wash warm or cold with mild detergent (avoid fabric softener for best absorbency). Tumble dry low or hang dry. Wash new towels separately first 2–3 times to remove excess lint.
  • Shower caddies & organizers: Wipe clean with damp cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbers.
  • Dispensers & bins: Hand-wash or wipe with mild soap. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
